Interior Design Student in Directing Role

gothinkbig-675x310BA(Hons) Interior design student Megan Adams has won the coveted opportunity to work alongside art director, Ruth Crawford on what is set to be “an exciting learning curve”.

Megan beat thousands of hopefuls to land her place on the set of a music video for pop duo Rizzle Kicks. Bagging the role of art director and working with a professional mentor, she will be responsible for the overall ‘look’ of the production.

“This experience will really help me to find my path for when university is over, as well as giving me the opportunity to meet new people in the business with the same passion as me.”

Megan who studies interior design at Falmouth University, won the opportunity after the band teamed up with GoThinkBig, a work experience initiative launched by O2 and Bauer Media to help people aged between 16 and 24 from across the country. She will join a team on 32 other recruits working on the video, which will mirror today’s reality television shows, mentored by a professional production cast.

Jordan Stephens, of Rizzle Kicks, said: “We want to give kids the kind of break we got.”

“There are so many talented young people across the UK who all too often don’t get the chance to prove themselves in a real environment.”
